On Sept. 10th, Mr. Jonathan J. Crawford, Political Officer of U.S. Consulate General Shanghai visited SIIS, exchanging views on the issues of the V-Day Parade and China-Japan Relations with Prof. Lian Degui, Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies.
