On Sept. 11^st, Dr. Huang Kwei-Bo, Secretary-General of Association of Foreign Relations(Taiwan) led a delegation of Taiwan scholars to visit SIIS, and met with Professor Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the SIIS Academic Committee. Dr. Yan Anlin, Directer of the Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong & Macao Studies chaired the discussion on Across-Strait relations.
