On Sept. 18th, Mr. Marc FOSSEUXA, Secretary-General of Foundation Charles-de-Gaulle led a delegation to visit SIIS, exchanging views with Research Fellows of SIIS on international issues of mutual interest. President Chen Dongxiao chaired the discussion. Amb. Sun Rongmin, Vice President of The Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) attended the meeting.
