On Sept. 18th, Dr. AKP. Mochtan, Deputy Secretary-General of  the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) led a delegation to visit SIIS, delivered a speech on ASEAN Community building and the Strengthening of China-ASEAN Partnership, and exchanged views with research fellows of SIIS. President Chen Dongxiao chaired the discussion.
