On Oct. 10th, Mr. Konaka Tetsuo, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) China Office visited SIIS, discussed with President Chen Dongxiao on the issues of China-Japan Relations and foreign assistance. Prof. Zhang Haibing, Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies participated the meeting.
