On Oct. 15^th, Mr. Henry Hokc, Former Assistant Director of Bureau of Development of HKSAR Government visited SIIS, exchanging views with research fellows of SIIS on the issues of contradictions of Hongkong society after the constitutional reform, and the political situation in Hongkong. Mr. Zhang Jian, member of the Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong & Macao Studies chaired the discussion.
