On Nov. 4^th, Mr. Samir Hadzic, President of the Friendship Association of the People’s Republic of China and Montenegro visited SIIS and met with President Chen Dongxiao. The two sides signed a Memorandum on Exchange, Understanding and Cooperation to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two units.
