On Dec. 16th, Mr. MASAMOTO Kenichi, Director of the Policy Planning Division of Foreign Policy Bureau (MOF, Japan) visited SIIS, and had discussion on the issues of China-Japan relations, Japan-U.S. Relations and maritime issues with Prof. Lian Degui, Deputy-Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies.
