On Nov. 12^th, Senior Colonel Xu Hui, Deputy-Director of the College of Defense Studies (NDU，PLA) led a delegation of 46 foreign military students to visit SIIS, and met with President Chen Dongxiao. Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies exchanged views with the delegation members on the existing world order and China’s Foreign Policies. Prof. Li Xin, Director of the Center for Russia and Central Asia discussed on the development prospect of the SCO with the delegation.
