On Dec. 17^th, Prof. Jacques deLisle, Director of the Center for East Asian Studies from University of Pennsylvania visited SIIS, and had discussion on the issues of Cross-Straits Relations, Taiwan’s Election in 2016, and South China Sea with Dr. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Center for American Studies.
