On Dec. 24^th, Dr. Kim SE WON and Dr. Kim Eun-woo, Senior research fellows of Korea Maritime Institute visited SIIS, and exchanged views on the Northern Sea Route across the top of Russia with Dr. Zhang Yao, Director of the Center for Maritime and Solar Studies, and Ms. Qian Zongqi, member of the Institute for Global Governance Studies.
