On Jan 14th, Mr. Jonathan J. Crawford, Political Consul from the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai visited SIIS and discussed with Prof. Cai Penghong, Senior Fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, and Prof. Wu Chunsi, Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, on South China Sea issue and North Korea nuclear issue etc.
