On Feb. 24^th, 2016, research officers in the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office visited SIIS. The FCO research group included Dr. Graham Williams, Mr. Michael Thomas and Mr. Christopher Sell. They exchanged views with Prof. Zhao Gancheng and Dr. Liu Zongyi on security situation in Afghanistan, South Asian development, China-India relations and China-Pakistan relations etc.
