On March 28, 2016, Prof. Franz-Josef Brüggemeier, Internal Senior Fellow of the Department of Economic, Social and Environmental History, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg (Germany) gave a lecture on “Sun, Water and Wind: the Transformation of Energy Use in Germany” to research fellows from the Center for European Studies and the Institute for Public Policy Studies, SIIS. Prof. Yu Hongyuan chaired the discussion. Stefan Pantekoek, Resident Director of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (Germany) Shanghai Office, also joined the lecture.
