On March 31, 2016, Prof. Rafiq Dossani, Director of the Center for Asia Pacific Policy, RAND Corporation (U.S.) visited SIIS. He had a discussion with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Prof. Liu Zongyi and their colleagues from the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies on current situation in South Asia and “One Belt One Road” Initiative etc.
