On April 11, 2016, Prof. Ingrid d’Hooghe, senior fellow of Netherlands Institute of International Relations visited SIIS. She had a discussion with Prof. Zhang Yinghong, director of the Center for European Studies and Dr. Xue Lei at the Institute for World Economic Studies on “One Belt One Road” Initiative, China’s engagement in global governance, and China-Europe relations etc.
