On April 14, 2016, H.E. Mr. Dang Minh Khoi, Vietnamese Ambassador to China visited SIIS escorted by Ms. Nguyen Thanh Mai, Consul-General of Vietnam in Shanghai etc. President Chen Dongxiao warmly welcomed Vietnamese guests and exchanged views on China-U.S. relations, China-Vietnam relations, China’s efforts to keep balance between major power relations and neighboring relations. Ms. Li Fangxia, deputy director of the Department for International Exchange and Academic Management also attended the meeting.
