On April 21, 2016, Dr. Zhang Jian, Head of School of Humanities & Social Science, the University of New South Wales (Australia) and Prof. David Lovell visited SIIS. They had a meeting with President Chen Dongxiao and had a discussion with Prof. Zhang Chun, deputy director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, Prof. Gong Keyu, deputy director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and their colleagues on regional security especially on South China Sea issue.
