On May 3, 2016, Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl, Austrian Ambassador to China visited SIIS escorted by Ms. Silvia Neureiter, Consul-General of Austria in Shanghai. They had a discussion with President Chen Dongxiao on the cooperation of Austrian think tanks and SIIS in the framework of “One Belt One Road” initiative etc. Prof. Zhang Yinghong, director of the Center for European Studies, and Ms. LI Fangxia, Executive Director of the Department of Research Management & International Exchanges, joined the meeting.
