On May 30, 2016, Mr. Alexandre N. Berube and his colleague from Canadian Consulate-General in Shanghai visited SIIS. They had a discussion with Prof. Chen Baozhi, Dr. Xue Chen, and Dr. Xue Lei from the Center for Marine and Polar Studies on climate change and governance in the Arctic etc.
