On June 16, 2016, Mr. Wayne Morrison, U.S. Congressional Research Service Specialist in Asian Trade and Finance visited SIIS. He had a discussion with Prof. Shao Yuqun, director of the Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao Studies and Dr. Xue Lei from the Institute for World Economic Studies on the U.S. presidential election and the negotiation of China-U.S. BIT etc.
