On June 16, 2016, Mr. Robert Kredig, Board Consultant of OBB Holding AG (Austria) visited SIIS and met with Prof. Li Xin, director of the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies. Dr. Cao Jiahan from the Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy Studies also joined the meeting. They had a discussion on the connectivity of railways in Europe and Asia, “One Belt and One Road”initiative of China and Trans-Eurasian Belt Development of Russia，cooperation between China and Central and East European Countries etc.
