On August 24, 2016, Mr. Axel Cruau, Consul General of France in Shanghai and his colleague visited SIIS. They had a discussion with Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Council on the U.S. general election and G20 Summit. Dr. Long Jing, deputy director of the Center for European Studies and Song Qing also participated in the meeting.
