On September 20, 2016, Mr. Babacar Cissé, Deputy Special Representative for the United Nations Operation in C?te d’Ivoire (UNOCI), Mrs. Nialé KABA, Minister of Planning and Development of C?te d’Ivoire and their colleagues from UNDP and C?te d’Ivoire visited SIIS. They introduced the background and preparation of the upcoming International Conference on the Emergence of Africa (ICEA). President Chen Dongxiao, Prof. Zhang Haibing and Prof. Zhou Yuyuan had a meeting with the delegation and shared their views on the future cooperation.
