On November 18, 2016, a delegation of India Naval War College visited SIIS headed by Rear Admiral Monty Khanna, Commandant of Naval War College. They had a discussion with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Prof. Liu Zongyi, Dr. Xue Chen, and Dr. Zhou Shixin on China-India relations and security architecture in Asia-Pacific etc.
