On March 13, 2017, Prof. Lassi Heininen from the University of Lapland (Finland) visited SIIS and gave a speech on Finland’s Interests, Policies and Strategies.  SIIS Vice President Yang Jian chaired the lecture. Research fellows from the Institute for Global Governance Studies and Center for Maritime and Polar Studies attended the lecture.
