SIIS Holds the Workshop on “US-China-Africa Cooperation on Public Health in Africa”

On March 30, 2017, the workshop on “US-China-Africa Cooperation on Public Health in Africa” was held in SIIS. Cosponsored by the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) and the Carter Center, the workshop invited distinguished participants including Amb. Zhong Jianhua, Former Special Representative on African Affairs for the Chinese Government and Jordan Ryan, Peace Program, Vice President of the Carter Center. All participants had an in-depth discussion on the engagement of China and US on public health in Africa and US-China-Africa public health cooperation in practical and policy perspectives.
