On June 2, 2017, Prof. Yang Jiemian, chairman of SIIS Academic Affairs Council met with Dr. Emmanuel Dubois De Prisque, research fellow from the Thomas More Institute (France). They had a discussion on President Xi’s thought on foreign relations, the “Belt and Road” Initiative and China-Europe relations etc. Mr. Song Qing participated in the meeting.
