On June 6, 2017, Prof. Yang Jiemian, chairman of SIIS Academic Affairs Council met with Contre-amiral Jean- Claude Barrère, director of the Fondation Charles De Gaulle (France). They had a discussion on future academic exchanges between the two sides.
