On June 16, 2017, a delegation of the Institute for Higher National Defense Studies (France) visited SIIS. Prof. Yang Jiemian, chairman of SIIS Academic Affairs Council gave a lecture on China's foreign policy and maritime national defense and interacted with the group members.
