On June 30, 2017, Dr. Lora Saalman, director of the SIPRI (Sweden) China and Global Security Programme gave a speech on China, U.S. and Russia’s evaluation of deterrence and interacted with the audience. Prof. Wu Chunsi, director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies hosted the speech. Research fellows from the Center for American Studies and Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies participated in the discussion.
