On September 14, 2017, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Mr. Botir Tursunov, Vice President of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and exchanged ideas on mutual cooperation. SIIS Assistant President Ye Qing, Director Li Xin and Deputy Director Qiang Xiaoyun from the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies attended the meeting.
