On September 19, 2017, Mr. Takahiro Yokomichi, Senior advisor of the Democratic Party of Japan and former House of Speaker of the House of Representative, led a delegation to SIIS. Prof. Wu Jinan, Senior Advisor of SIIS, Dr. Cai Liang, Dr. Chen Youjun and Dr. Pan Xiaoming from the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies exchanged ideas with Mr. Yokomichi on China-Japan relations.
