On October 24, 2017, Prof. Hubert Heinelt, Professor from the Damstadt University of Technology visited SIIS and gave a lecture on “The General Election of the German Federal Parliament”. Prof. Zhang Yinghong, Director of the Center for European Studies chaired the lecture. Research fellows from the Center for European Studies and some young research fellows attended the lecture.
