On November 6, 2017, SIIS Vice President Yan Anlin met with Prof. William Sharp from University of Hawaii. The two sides had a discussion on Taiwan question and cross-Strait relations etc. Prof. Shao Yuqun, director of the Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong and Macau Studies and Prof. Tong Liqun also participated in the meeting.
