On December 15, 2017, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Ms. Kristin Iglum, Consul-General of Norway in Shanghai. The two sides had a discussion on mutual cooperation, China-Norway relations, and China-Europe relations etc. SIIS Vice President Yang Jian, Prof. Zhang Yinghong and Prof. Zhang Haibing from the Center for European Studies participated in the meeting.
