On Jan. 15^th, 2018, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, director-general of ASEAN Department of Thailand and his colleagues. The two sides had a discussion on Belt and Road Initiative, maritime cooperation and regional situation etc. Prof. Wu Chunsi, director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, Prof. Cai Penghong, Dr. Zhang Zhexin and Dr. Fengshuai also participated in the meeting.
