On Aug. 10, 2018, led by Mr. Muniruzzaman, Major General of the Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies, the delegation of Bangladesh think-tanks visited SIIS.

SIIS scholars Dr. Liu Zongyi, research fellow of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, Dr. Wang Yuzhuand, research fellow of the Center for Russian & Central Asia Studies and Mr. Wang Weihua, research fellow of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies met with the delegation and exchanged ideas on The Belt and Road Initiative, Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor.
