On August 23, 2018, ShriPrasant Tripathi, culture consul of India in Shanghai visited SIIS. Mr. Tripathi had a discussion with Prof. Jin Liangxiang, Ms. Liu Xin and Mr. Zhou Yiqi from the center for West Asian and African Studies on political situation in the Middle East, US Middle East policy, China-India relations, and cultural promotion of India in China.
