On Sep 5th, 2018，SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Dr Zósimooberto Morillo, Consul General of Peru in Shanghai. They had a discussion on China-Peru relations, and strengthening cooperation between Chinese and Peru’s think tanks. Dr. Lou Xiangfei from the Center for American Studies participated in the meeting.
