On September 27st, 2018, Prof. Yang Jiemian, chairman of SIIS academic affairs council met with a delegation led by Mr. Ernst Yukin, Vice Consul of Russia in Shanghai. The two sides had a discussion on CIIE. Dr. Zhao Long, Assistant Director of the Institute for Global Governance Studies and Mr. Jiang Lixiao participated in the meeting.
