On Nov. 2nd, 2018, led by Dr. Annette Tabbara, the delegation of the city of Hamburg visited SIIS. SIIS president Chen Dongxiao met with Dr. Tabbara and her colleagues. The two sides had a discussion on German foreign policy, China-EU relations etc. Mr. Stefan Pantekoek, resident director of FES Shanghai representative office, Mr. Lars Anke，executive director of Hamburg liaison office Shanghai, Prof. Zhang Yinghong, Prof. Ye Jiang and Dr. Long Jing from the center for European studies, SIIS participated in the meeting.
