On December 19, 2018, Mr. Ishikawa Takashi, counselor of the Asia and Oceania Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, visited SIIS and exchanged views with Prof. Wu Ji’nan, vice chair of the advisory committee of SIIS, and Prof. Cai Liang, senior fellow of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, on China-Japan relations after Prime Minister Abe's visit to China.
