On March 29, Mr. Tony Clemson, Deputy Consul General of Britain in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged views with Director Zhang Yao and Deputy Director Zhang Pei from the Center for Maritime and Polar Studies on the Arctic governance, the arrangement of the Arctic Circle China Forum, and the Arctic policy of the UK etc.
