On May 10, 2019, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Mr. Andrew Leslie, member of The House of Commons of Canada and his colleagues. The two sides exchanged views on China-Canada relations. Dr. Shao Yuqun, director of the Institute for Taiwan Hong Kong & Macao Studies and Dr. Xue Lei, research fellow of the Institute for World Economy Studies attended the meeting.
