On October 24, 2019, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Affairs Council gave a lecture on Xi Jinping Thought on Foreign Affairs to the delegation of Latin American Young Leaders. Prof. Yang’s lecture mainly focused on the theoretical sources, philosophical contents, and China’s foreign policy towards Latin America. The delegation is composed of young leaders from 11 Latin American countries, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.
