On Nov.4, 2019, Prof. Mohammed Altaf Khan, head of the Department of Commerce & Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia (India) and his colleagues visited SIIS. He had a discussion on the prospect of China-India commercial and trade relations in the context of China-US trade friction with Prof. Liu Zongyi, secretary general of the Center for China-South Asia cooperation studies, Prof. Wang Yuzhu from the Institute for World Economy studies, and Dr. Wang Weihua from the Institute for Foreign Policy studies.
