On January 15, 2020, Mr. Oleg Azarov, Consul for Science and Technology and Mr. Pavel Gusev, Vice Consul from the Consulate General of Russia in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged views on the Arctic with Director Zhang Yao, Dr. Cheng Baozhi, and Dr. Zheng Yingqin from the Center for Maritime and Polar Research Studies.
