On October 9, 2020, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Ms.Manorie Mallikaratchy, Consul General of Sri Lanka in Shanghai. The two sides had a discussion on think tank cooperation and Sri Lanka’s foreign policy etc. Dr. Liu Zongyi, secretary general of China and South Asia Cooperation Research Center and Dr. Li Hongmei, assistant research fellow of Institute for International Strategic Studies participated in the meeting.
