SIIS and SWP Co-host the 3rd Virtual Dialogue

On January 29,
2021, the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) and the German Institute
for International and Security Affairs (SWP)jointly hosted the 3rd virtual dialogue. This dialogue was co-chaired by President Chen Dongxiao of
SIIS and Director Stefan Mair of SWP.
Dr. Wang Zhongmei,
Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies of SIIS and Dr. Hanns
Günther Hilpert, Head of Asia Division of SWP made guiding presentations. Over
20 scholars from the two organizations exchanged their views on
trade policy. On the SIIS side, Dr. Zhang Yinghong, Dr. Longjing, Dr. LiXin
from the Center for European Studies, and Dr. Chen Youjun, Dr. Pan Xiaoming, and
Dr. Xue Lei joined the discussion.
